Security
Our sites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All sections of our site with sensitive information are protected by password control. Once entered into our internal database, information submitted to EMSI is only available to employees with a need to access the information in order to carry out their duties.
Information We Collect
When you access our sites, your computer's unique IP address is automatically entered into our log file. We use your computer's IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our Web site. In addition, your computer’s IP address is used to help identify your company, and does not contain personal or financial information about you or your company.
Our information request forms ask you for contact information (e-mail address) and demographic information (industry, job title, zip code, or phone number). Demographic and profile data is also collected at our site. We use this data to determine the best type of information to be sent to you, and the best method to use in sending the information. The information you provide will not be forwarded to parties outside of EMSI.
Opt-Out / Change Information
Our site provides you with the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from EMSI, and the ability to change or remove your information found in our database. You may opt-out or change your information by sending an email to cservice@emagsys.com.
